Where do you get your manga?

All of our manga comes from licensed publishers such as VIZ Media, Dark Horse, Kodansha Comics, Yen Press, Seven Seas, Square Enix and Vertical Comics. These are official English-language editions.

Are your books new?

Yes. Everything we sell is brand new. Box sets and sealed editions ship factory sealed, and single volumes arrive new and unread.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered volumes ship out about one week before their publication date. To get your pre-order shipped on or before the release date, order at least two weeks before it (Yen Press titles: at least one month before). If you order two months or more ahead, we can most likely have it arrive on release day. Orders placed after those cut-offs ship five to ten business days after the release date.

Can I order pre-orders and in-stock items together?

We ship each order in one shipment, so an order with a pre-order and an in-stock item ships once the last pre-order arrives. If you want your in-stock items right away, place two separate orders. You can also email us to request split shipping, but you would cover the cost of the extra shipments.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and select countries internationally. To see which countries we ship to, click the flag icon in the menu at the top of the site and choose your country.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Your order should arrive about 8–10 business days from the date of purchase. Carrier delays, holidays and publisher stock can affect this.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders of $75 or more.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking information.

Do you have a discount code?

Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off orders of $100 or more. It applies to single volumes. Manga bundles and box sets are excluded.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. Manga bundles and box sets can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email support@yonisbook.com with your order number and the reason. Refunds are issued as store credit, or to your original payment method minus a 5% cancellation fee. The fee is waived for pre-orders cancelled at least 14 days before the release date.
