Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Yonis Book. We take pride in providing high-quality manga and excellent service. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used manga

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Manga Sets Or Box sets

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Your order must not have been shipped to be eligible for an order cancellation. You cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped!

To start an order cancellation, you need to email support@yonisbook.info

  • Subject: Cancel order
  • Body of email
    • Order ID number 
    • Reason for cancellation 

If you cancel your order or remove products from your order, you will receive a full refund in store credit. If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment method, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The cancellation fee is waived for all pre-orders if you cancel 14 days before the release date.

If we have to cancel your order or remove volumes from your order for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method by default.
