Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Yonis Book. We take pride in providing high-quality manga and excellent service. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used manga

• Items damaged by the customer

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at yonisbook7@gmail.com

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
